1. Service descriptions are listed as business days. Non-business days are not counted in delivery times.

2. Standard items that are in stock will be delivered between 5-6 business days within Hong Kong. For overseas locations it may vary depends on the distance and courier company. 

3. No deliveries to countries other than Hong Kong, China,Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. 

3. Web order deliveries will be made on business days ONLY. If you have special delivery needs please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. Currently, IshaLife does not allow an order to be booked for an out of stock item. You can contact us to inquire about the future availability of any product which is out of stock. However, we cannot make a personal notification when the item (s) actually arrive.

5. If any product cannot be shipped due to unavailability, Damage, Non-service by courier company, a full refund will be given to customers 

6. For overseas deliveries, in case of any products are customs rejected and subsequently returned to ishalife, shipping fee will not be refunded to customers. A full refund of product price will be provided in such cases

 7. Customers need to pay the import duty / tax (if any) for deliveries outside Hong Kong 

8. Ishalife customers can chose the variety of courier services listed by our third party shipping partner. Shipping fee, Terms and conditions are applied as per the respective courier company. 

9. Self Pickup options are available for local orders for free.
